I scored 100-130 marks in the SSC CHSL mock test. What should my strategy be to get 180+ marks?

If you got now (100-13 0) marks in your mocktest .

It means you have cleared your basics you just need to take some major steps to achieve (180+)Target.

I think your marks deducted specially in general awareness and English or math.

Because in reasoning to get more marks is no rocket science.

1) you can gain 10 to 20 marks by avoiding silly mistakes.

Because you may see during analysis ,due to minute mistake you looses your marks (2.5 ).

2) you have to give focus on gk, gs seriously.

If your target is 180 or 150+ then without scoring good marks in gk,gs you can not achieve that target .Or it will too difficult for you. So study gk regularly.most of the students not take serious of gk,gs.

3) scoring in math is too difficult because we gave most of our time in math but in mocktest we loose marks easily.If you scored in math 25-40 then you need more practice .

4)you should adopt my two strategy for math to score 45-50.

*Give mocktest daily and then analysis .

Of you do not know about your weak or strength chapter then analysis of last 10 mocktest ok then find out your weak areas and write down on page.

Now you have to solve at least 50-100question of that chapter specially on that particular type wise question.

*I think you have already prepared a notebook for important formula and short tricks so revise it on daily basis.

Because to solve a question in 10 -20 seconds the most important things is :click in mind about formula or shortcut that will apply on that particular questions.

Give daily 4-5 hours to math if you want to really make a strong grip .

Don't skip mock test otherwise your all hard work did not pay any result for you.

Now in English students losses there marks specially in vocabulary section or in error detection questions.

* For vocabulary you should must learn vocabulary from your reference books as you know .

Start your day with vocabulary.

Because these section provides you more marks in few seconds.

*Revise your english notes book regularly and keep practicing of chapter from mirror of common questions or nitu madam vol.1

Don't skip to give mocktest at this stage ok

Analysis your last 10 mocktest in 1 day .After doing this you will easily solve your entire 25 questions in limited time with more accuracy and with more confidence.

Don't skip g.k,gs because these sections will boost up your marks only in 3-5minutes.

Make a proper strategy to attempt a mock test

You can follow my strategy:

1)Reasoning 15 min maximum

2)Math 25 minutes

3)English 10 min maximum

4)Gk,gs 5 min maximum

Last 5 min for mark for review questions.

Follow these steps ,it will really helps you a lot to score 180+marks.
