How should a teacher bear the expenses of his family during a lockdown?

I think for knowing  the best answer of this question we should ask this question to our government because may be the chances that he gave us a best solution of this important questions for middle class teacher or for small coaching centre who don't teach in patna ,kota, and new delhi .

Today I saw a post on Facebook and this post is shared by our reputed teacher . And after reading there statement I am 110% agree with him.

He mentioned there about the actual problems in the life of such teachers during covid-19 .

Teacher say:

In the name of coaching institutions the government has only the figures of Kota, Patna & Delhi whose earning is in millions and billions but don't have eyes to see the small centres in small towns which are waiting for their breathing last. Obviously the government has no actual data of unemployed citizens. In this situation if such coaching owners die from hunger and growing debts, trust me no one will come to see us. So... It's compulsory now to raise a voice together for our survival. Whosoever is agreed with my proposal, please come at a platform and take help of judiciary to send a clear message to the government to give us emergency funds to be survived.

I think dear reader you also agree with us that government even don't introduce about this topic :how should  a small teacher bear the expenses of his family during lockdown if there coaching center will be closed.

He doesn't have any other sources of income then what they should do?

One more things which I would like to discuss here is that:

Government distributed a lot of funds in village .like giving gas cylinder free for 90 days

Rs5500 for construction related worker.

Rs 1000 in the bank account of all woman.

Rs 2000 in the bank of those person whose account in jandhan khaata.

Rs1000 in bank account for Rashan card holder.

Rs.1000 for those People who have been trapped outside of Bihar in Lockdown.

Now the question is arising here ?

Does the government help people by giving money, do people really benefit from it ?

With this Rs500 -Rs1000 rupees, how many days will people be able to spend their homes?

According to me, people are not benefiting from doing so.  Government will get more benefit from that in elections?

Did the government take so much money from the Indian government to do this kind of meaningless work?

Why is the government not thinking about these teachers that teachers who are of small level run small institutions, how will they be able to run their own families during these lockdons?

It seems that the government has no idea to what extent the unemployment is present in india now?
